How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Simply click "Manage Billing" in your welcome email, or reach out below and we'll send you a direct link. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
I didn't receive my community access link.
Access emails are sent automatically after your first payment processes. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there within 30 minutes of signup, use the contact form below and we'll get you sorted.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Contact us using the form below and we'll adjust your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does the 1-on-1 call work? (Direct Access)
After signup you'll receive a scheduling link by email to book your monthly 15–20 minute FaceTime or Zoom session with Jason. Spots are limited to 20 members total.
What is TAPS Academy 101?
TAPS Academy 101 is a training course covering paranormal investigation methodology, equipment use, and case documentation — developed by Jason and the TAPS team. Academy Exclusive and Direct Access members receive full access.

How do I submit a paranormal case to TAPS?
Case submissions are handled through the Atlantic Paranormal Society website at the-atlantic-paranormal-society.com.
How do I book Jason for an appearance or event?
