That means checking the building's infrastructure, looking for drafts that could move objects, identifying pipes that could create banging sounds, testing electrical systems that might cause people to feel uneasy or even see things that aren't there. You'd be amazed how many so-called hauntings come down to a carbon monoxide leak or a furnace that cycles at just the right frequency to make your chest feel tight and your nerves feel raw. We rule all of that out first. Every time.
