I've been doing this for a long time — decades of walking into locations that people swear up and down are haunted, and my approach has never changed. Before I ever consider a paranormal explanation, I exhaust every rational one first. Creaking floors, drafts, electrical interference, infrasound, suggestionability — all of it goes on the table before anything else. That's not me being dismissive of people's experiences.
