Sometimes when you come up dry, it is still funny to watch because of their antics. I am not sure you should have another person slip into Grant's place. I just don't think it is a smart decision. So what you do becomes the question. Should you use a star each week for the ratings? Not a bad idea as you would be surprised at the number of them that like the show. Even once a month would be great for the show. Should you use a person from your team...not all the time. Steve has been with you a lot, but he has so many fears I doubt he would be able to do things that need to be done. So you could rotate the team members. You could also invite a fan of the show to help you. This would give you again more explosure. People from every state would lead to higher ratings and advertising.
